Your Sanctuary is named honestly. It sits on a wide, park-like lot on the Charlotte Harbor side of the Peace River. Egrets and ducks work the pond out back, and the loudest thing most mornings is the coffee maker.
Inside, the whole house has been remodeled top to bottom: a new kitchen with a big white island, two calm bedrooms, two full baths, and a media wall with an electric fireplace for movie nights. A screened sunroom runs along the back so you can be outside without being in the sun.
The location is ideal. You can walk to Sunseeker Resort's restaurants and harbor views, and downtown Punta Gorda is just across the bridge. Message the owner to check dates and rates for your trip.

Sunseeker Resort, with its restaurants, bars and waterfront promenade, is walkable, and crossing the bridge puts you in downtown Punta Gorda: Fishermen's Village, Gilchrist Park, the Sunday farmers market, and the harborwalk. It's the rare spot that feels tucked away and still five minutes from everything.
