Your Sanctuary is named honestly. It sits on a wide, park-like lot on the Charlotte Harbor side of the Peace River. Egrets and ducks work the pond out back, and the loudest thing most mornings is the coffee maker.

The screened pool and travertine lanai are the heart of the house: lounge chairs in the sun, a covered outdoor living room in the shade, and custom lighting once the sun drops — all inside a privacy-fenced backyard that keeps the whole space to yourselves.

Charlotte Harbor Villa is for people who want to park the car and forget it. It sits in downtown Punta Gorda directly across from Fishermen's Village. The marina, shops and harborside restaurants are literally a walk across the street.
